About the project

The SAP Manufacturing Architect, working closely with project teams and other architects, will be responsible for structuring business requirements, providing process designs and system solution delivery oversight enabling realization of digital transformation agenda for NTT DATA clients. Partnering with our clients SAP Manufacturing Architect will be instrumental in shaping solution design along the entire consulting engagement enabling delivery of cutting-edge system solutions based on SAP S/4HANA® technology. Role will be reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Architects NTT DATA Business Solutions Poland.

Your responsibilities

  • Early-stage client engagement helping define value-creation levers, key components of future system architecture and optimal delivery method securing efficient transition and benefits realization.

  • Work closely with project teams and client stakeholders at every stage of consulting engagement: requirements identification, solution blueprinting, system design, build, test and cutover.

  • Provide architectural oversight and quality assurance during the entire client engagement cycle making sure emerging system solution is technically optimized, scalable and delivered in line with client’s business needs.

  • Stay current on business process innovations and technology development in plan-to-produce process area especially those incorporated into SAP system solutions and best practices.

  • Depending on clients’ needs, engagement size and complexity SAP Manufacturing Architect may be assigned role of lead consultant in his/her domain area or lead architect role responsible also for the end-to-end solution design.

Our requirements

  • Experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP system implementations in manufacturing planning and execution area with at least 10 years of validated experience, preferably in consulting and/or large multinational companies.

  • Demonstrated expertise working across broad spectrum of projects in supply chain planning and manufacturing execution area leveraging SAP products, especially PP/PPDS functionalities and demand planning in APO/IBP.

  • Sound knowledge of data models and practical applications of building SOP, MPS and MRP plans within SAP system.

  • Appreciation of manufacturing area data model, interfaces and integrations with lower-level systems like MES, SCADA, Industrial Automation, IoT.

  • Understanding of data elements, integration points and cross-functional process dependencies in SAP manufacturing area especially those in adjacent areas like sales, purchasing, warehouse management, shipping, quality management, product costing.

  • A relevant University degree.

  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
