SAP Success Factors Analyst

Participating in incident and problem solving requested from end users
Conducting Initial diagnose to solve incidents, perform functional validation that the issue is relevant and either IT related or process related
Evaluating if all information that is required for Level 2 is available before dispatching
Working with unassigned cases in ServiceNow, reassign, dispatch and comment as required
Providing “how to” guides to customer when the incident has a known resolution
Solving simple locked workflow issues in Employee Central
Explaining to end users the main data flows in the HR IT system landscape
Performing regression testing on solved incidents
Updating FAQ, knowledge articles and workbooks as needed
Solving complex workflow issues in Employee Central and Onboarding
Working with release management to test and evaluate impact of new releases and features
Supporting local teams with developing new reports and dashboards, troubleshooting when needed

Strong Expertise in SAP Success Factors especially in designing, testing and implementing of new solutions
Customizing, configurations and support experience
A good Team player
Ideally technical education and a certificate in SAP SuccessFactors
Very good spoken and written English and Polish
Experience in ITIL environment
Languages: Polish (required), English (required), German (desirable)
