GBS and its three Centers of Excellence act as the Group Digital Transformation engine for Finance, Procurement, and Master data. Area of responsibility:

  • First face to customer/key user, Response & Resolve Minor & Major Incidents
  • Basic SAP administration
  • Point of contact for SAP users

Specific tasks:

  • Provide guidance and functional advice to SAP users
  • Troubleshoot and solve simple SAP related issues
  • Diagnose and escalate technical issues beyond own support scope
  • Engage with users to verify reported issues
  • Create knowledge articles with issue and solution descriptions
  • Tracking & resolution of own tickets

Educational background and skills:

  • Technical degree preferred
  • Very good knowledge of English and Polish language, both spoken and written
  • Good communication skills and the ability to solve problems
  • Communicative and customer-service oriented skills

Relevant experience and skills:

  • Experience as active SAP user (FI, SD, MM)
  • SAP supporter / superuser / SME experience preferred
