Your responsibilities

  • To administrate and maintain SCCM and SCOM environment including tasks such as OSD and Task Sequence management

  • Windows image management

  • Software deployment

  • Monthly patching

  • SCCM/SCOM reporting

  • Setting overrides and custom configuration

  • SCOM Management Packs installation

  • Incident, Service Request and Change Management activities – internal and external communication handled in English

  • To develop an understanding of the Customer’s environment and service requirements to enable successful delivery of the service

  • To follow established procedures, recommend improvements and resolve enquiries, issues or problems. To document actions taken for continuous service improvement

  • To take ownership of issues identified. To co-operate with an account team and/or vendor support to provide technical input into incident and problem resolution process

  • To escalate issues as necessary to deliver required service level

  • Be proactive! Take responsibility for learning about current products, systems builds and infrastructure layouts to support daily business requirements

Our requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of SCCM 2012 and/or SCCM CB (software deployment, reporting, OSD, patching)

  • Good SCOM knowledge

  • Good knowledge of Windows server system administration, management and tools (Windows Server 2008(R2), 2012(R2), 2016)

  • Self-motivated, team player with great communication skills and business understanding

  • B2 level of spoken and written English including technical vocabulary

Optional

  • Knowledge of App-V will be an asset

  • Knowledge nice to have: Virtualization Technologies (preferably VMware or Hyper-V)

  • Experience with antivirus systems would be an asset
