    Scheduling Analyst

    Job Description

    • To contribute to the optimisation of the distribution scheduling operations by collecting performance data, analyse the data and translate in recommendations for improvements.
    • Ensure all customer data and equipment are properly registered in SAP and scheduling IT tools (e.g. products, tanks, delivery time windows and SLAs)
    • Update and maintain database
    • Cooperate with Schedulers to investigate unusual order generation
    • Train schedulers in the proper use of all tools.
    • Build solid relationships with the Order to Delivery (OtD) Team and between OtD in order to ensure alignment of overall strategy
    • Delivering OtD targets and performance for Operation Units (with differing cultures and ways of working) from an offshore location
    • Creating reports for management and stakeholders

    Requirements

    • University degree
    • Min 1 year of experience preferably in Logistics, Finance
    • English min. B2
    • Very good analytical skills
    • Team player
    • Strong IT skills
    • Excel knowledge for creating own reports and data analysis
