Job Description:

  • To lead the local Scheduling Support team in order to achieve operational excellence in the day-to-day execution of Order Generation and Fulfilment, Dispatching, and Administration in the most cost effective manner.
  • Ensure that daily road transport operations (delivering and administrating) meet all Group standards at lowest possible cost to service level
  • Manage day-to-day interface with retail, terminal operations and supply and give input to Secondary Transport management
  • Support the development of performance improvement and best practice initiatives and support to manage their implementation
  • Ensure proper staffing through attraction, coaching and development of people,
  • Provide direct support to the team
  • Motivates, Coaches & Develops
  • Delivers Results through others
  • Manage team with shift working pattern (6 days/week,24 hours)
  • Supporting of growing markets, key account customers
  • Covering DACH market with 9 hauliers

Requirements

  • Min. 2 years Experience in Supply Chain or Logistic and Customer service
  • Proven experience in managing a team
  • University degree
  • English min. C1
  • German min. C1
  • Change Management
  • Analytical skills
  • Communication/presentation skills
  • Business focus: understanding of key business processes within an organization
  • Strong achievement-orientation, motivation & ability to deliver quality results under pressure
