    Scientist Chocolate Development - Tablets
    Miejsce pracy: Bielany Wrocławskie (pow. wrocławski)
    • Organize, plan and execute a number of small and medium sized chocolate growth projects on time in full 
    • Conduct experiments, research, product formulation, sensory evaluation, pilot & industrial trials and commercialisation 
    • Deliver the expert technical knowledge for their function input to address and execute business needs 
    • Effectively present status updates and proposals to influence partners or share with Management
    • University Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or Food Engineering 
    • Demonstrable experience of practical application of theory in food, engineering/scientific discipline preferably in chocolate or confectionery (incl. internship) 
    • Technical knowledge of food ingredients (i.e. cocoa, fats, sugar, dairy) and technologies (chocolate, confectionery) 
    • Project management skills with focus on delivering results, priority settings and time management 
    • Strong communication skills and able to adapt personal style to work in international environment 
    • Ability to work independently and as a team member 
    • Flexible and stress resistant whilst managing a high work load within a tight time frame 
    • Creative mindset and interest in food and design in order to drive creative product solutions 
    • Strong analytical and deductive skills
