Working as part of a cross functional team, you deliver the RDQ activities required to complete new product development, portfolio maintenance and/or productivity projects with an emphasis on meeting the desired consumer experience.
How you will contribute
With the support and guidance of a manager you will participate in the work of x- functional teams for planning and execution stages of various project types (Margin Management, Brand Maintenance/QI, De-complexity) in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risks.
You will plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements and development activities (e.g. product shelf-life testing, sensory validations of 1:1 technical matches of current vs alternative proposals)
You will also write technical reports that will require the analysis and interpretation of results and that lead to conclusions and recommendations and create and maintain accurate consumer-led specifications, and provide the feedback results to stakeholders, being able to influence and convince them of a particular course of action where necessary.
You will support scoping of new project ideas by conducting recipe calculations, including legal checks in close co-operation with Regulatory.
You will follow Mondelēz International’s Policies (Code of Conduct, PQS, GMP, etc.)
You will carry out specific assignments and ad-hoc tasks/projects as required (may include trouble-shooting, supplier visits and analytical tasks).

Job specific requirements:
The holder of this position will be accountable for end to end project management of margin management, business continuity and de-complexity projects around cocoa ingredients and chocolate masses in MEU. The right person for this role delivers the technical knowledge for the function, develops solutions to problems, whilst ensuring compliance to technical policies & procedures.
Travel requirements:
20-30%. Priority to utilize either local BD, Engineering resources as well as remote real-wear devices, especially at Covid Time. If R&D presence at trials is essential following imperatives are playing the role: personal safety, business critical projects, real needs of the plants for R&D presence if local resources won`t be sufficient for the successful trialing.
