About the project
We are now looking for a Scrum Master/ Software Developer. You will play most important role in the team work: Scrum Master and take care of SCRUM and agile in the team. On the top of that your role will include participating in development activities.
Your responsibilities
How to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
Self-organizing to fill gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work
Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Share knowledge and build Agile culture within a team
Improving team efficiency
Develop high quality code in C++ for telecommunication systems (4G, 5G)
Test your software on real Hardware
Create technical documentation for introduced software
Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling
Our requirements
Experience in working in Scrum for at least 2 years
Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs)
Academic degree, preferably in engineering (IT, Telecom)
Experience in C++ programming (C++17 standard or higher preferred)
Testing skills – ex. GTEST framework
Basic familiarity with version control systems (GIT),
Be able to follow processes and work independently
Excellent spoken and written English, ability to cooperate in a global environment
