Your role:
The dynamically developing Agile & Atlassian Competence Center operates in two areas - broadly understood agility, employing mainly enthusiasts in the roles of Agile Coach and Scrum Master, and experts of Atlassian tools supporting the implementation of various agile approaches, but not only. Currently, Sii has over 80 committed consultants and dozens of successfully completed projects. Our advantage is a strong and creative team to which we are looking for new people.
Responsibilities:
- The main role is to take care of the proper Scrum implementation in Scrum Team
- Direct work with delivery teams, managers, end users and all other stakeholders (communication language: english)
- Helping PO with proper requirements definition (connecting business needs and developers language)
- Understanding planning role of the Scrum and implementing it in product development lifecycle
- Supporting development teams (up to two)
- Coaching, mentoring, training
- Organization transformation, processes optimization, taking care of the proper implementation of Agile approach
Your skills:
- 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Very good English in both spoken and written
- Experience in software development in any role
- Good knowledge and experience in Agile methods, frameworks, techniques
- Knowledge of Agile and lean processes and methodologies
- Deep understanding of the fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
- At least one Certificate (PSM I, PRINCE2, AgilePM)
- A passion for creating an environment of trust and great dynamics, where people do their best and work together as a team
