Your responsibilities
- Leading the team and evangelizing scrum principles by using the best-known practices to achieve common goals in the most effective way;
- Facilitating scrum practices and ceremonies: daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprints and release planning (as well as other activities if needed);
- Promoting and demonstrating core principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility (being an ambassador);
- Coaching the team in creating the product backlog, sprint backlogs and writing user stories in the most pragmatic way;
- Supporting the Product Team in tracking and communicating progress and backlogs while looking for the opportunities to increase effectiveness (and business value).
Our requirements
- BA/BSc degree and at least 2 years of experience in an agile, scalable and international environment as a Scrum Master;
- Excellent English skills (to effectively communicate, present and persuade relevant stakeholders);
- Strong understanding of agile/scrum principles, values, techniques, theory and servant leadership approach;
- Ability to coach and support development teams at various stages of agile/scrum maturity;
- Knowledge of software development processes and procedures with the focus on continuous improvement.
Optional
- Scrum Master certification;
- Experience with software development lifecycle;
- People or project management experience;
- Experience in working with scaled agile frameworks.
