About the project
Candidate will be:
• An expert in industry agile best practices and methodologies, knowledge of DevOps
• Drive to learn relentlessly and help others learn (training capability)
• Able to build/fulfill bridge between Amsterdam and Krakow
• A coach, facilitator and leader aiming to increase team's performance, satisfaction and motivation
• Also candidate will understand how to challenge the battle between the longer term vision and short term goals.
Your responsibilities
- Working with other Scrum Masters to increase effectiveness of agile ways of working in the organisation
- Facilitating Agile practices and ceremonies: daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning and other activities as needed
- Promoting and demonstrating core principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility (being an ambassador)
- Ensuring a collaborative culture exists within GIS , its (external) development partners and their product teams, promoting team building and ensuring the entire team is engaged
Our requirements
- Scrum certificate
- Candidate should have at least 1,5 + years work experience in an IT environment
- Excellent (communication skills) written and verbal English – C1
- Bachelor or Master’s degree
Optional
- Experience with change management, leadership, coaching, solution oriented and continuous improvement
- People oriented, experienced in working with different cultures, foster culture of giving feedback
- Ability to work in fast paced environment, meet deadlines and perform at high standards
- Flexible leadership style: able to push back, but also able to pull
- Knowledge of the business and the importance of creating value for both the business and the customer
