Your responsibilities
Create, share, and update project plans and communicate status to clients and management
Troubleshoot and resolve technical, vendor, and personnel issues with respect to timelines
Work with all stakeholders to articulate do-able goals, requirements, and schedule
Design, facilitate, and deploy internal and external initiatives to increase visibility or revenue
Facilitate the Scrum process of planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives with team and Product Management.
Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent teams from delivering objectives
Lead and contribute to the decision-making process and facilitate conflict resolution
Adopt, coach, and evangelize Agile values and principles in the team and across the organization
Focus on delivery and results rather than ideology
Define and refine Agile metrics to understand and communicate team performance
Work with management and other leaders to continually identify and implement team process improvements
Provide “go to” leadership, clarity and visibility to the entire CXE organization
Employer requirements
Minimum 3 years of related experience
Working knowledge of Jira tracking tool
Nice to have one or more related certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
Nice to have technical background and corporate experience
Thorough understanding of enterprise software development and/or infrastructure processes and lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment using agile methodologies
Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation
Proven track record of building motivated, collaborative and productive teams, including remote team members
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast changes with an ability to adapt as needed
Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members alike
Ability to work under tight deadlines while being flexible and responding to changing business and technical conditions
The Team:
The company you will work for maintains a rich eco-system of digital signatures, affectively called "IC", to automatically detect issues or specific conditions in customer networks and generate insights.
As a core member of the CX Cloud digital Intellectual Capital (IC) Engineering team, you will build a scrum team of talented software developers who create and maintain the IC systems and their cloud deployment, in partnership with a peer team in Belgium. You will be part of an innovation-driven team, focusing on evolving IC systems, working with various organizations in the company, for the creation of a company-wide IC eco-system.
