Your responsibilities
- Working as a Scrum Master and as a part of a successful, worthwhile and challenging workplace - Deloitte Digital is already 4000 people strong, with studios on 5 continents
- Supporting Deloitte & client teams in Agile transformation processes
- Coordinating the processes of various teams in order to successfully deliver high quality products
- Facilitating team meetings and communication
- Educating teams and clients in the digital mindset
- Supporting the Product Owners in their Scrum journey
- Removing impediments and blockers the teams come across
- Improving quality standards and procedures, looking for a new ways/approaches of projects delivery
- Working in an international environment and with remote Agile teams.
Our requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master with previous experience in technology, preferable software development
- Scrum Master Certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe)
- Able to understand the rules of Agile and Scrum framework
- Experience in facilitating Scrum events
- Servant leadership mindset
- Team player with excellent communication and conflict management skills
- Creative approach to problem solving
- Can-do attitude and ability to inspire and maintain the team spirit
- Fluency in Polish & English is a must
Optional
- Awareness of Scrum Master’s role in SAFe framework
- Experience in working with a wide range of IT specialists and teams
