About the project
Do you want to work in a large, professional, and fun environment? You will join to Portfolio which is responsible for building internal infrastructure products. Your role - as an Scrum Master you are required to promote an agnostic Agile mindset within all areas of the organization and lead its ability to change. You will facilitate domains, teams and individuals to improve their processes and behaviors in the pursuit of user value. You will also be a key member of the Portfolio leadership with a focus on ensuring teams have everything needed to deliver their commitments towards the outcomes they own.
Your responsibilities
Improving performance in the delivery of outcomes
Increase collaboration
Introduce and improve ways of working
Improve the performance of individuals in the portfolio
Support resolution of conflict situations
Work with product and tech on all levels
Drive transition from technical supporting team into internal product development team
Supports leaders within the Portfolio to set up working practices to support the set up and operation of the domains
Using data (both delivery, value focused and feedback) looks for trends in outcomes and sets a strategy for improvement
Promotes an agile mindset within all teams in the Portfolio
Works as a partner with stakeholders to embed change within the Portfolio
Stimulates discussions on empowerment and transparency
Constantly challenge status quo by pushing for improvements and changes
Our requirements
Proven background of using Agile practices and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban etc.)
Pragmatic rather than dogmatic approach to utilizing Agile
Able to lead in a matrix organization
Excellent communication skills
Strong and credible facilitation skills
Demonstrates ownership/responsibility
Process improvement orientated, and puts forward ideas for improving processes and product management practices
Proven coaching and mentoring ability
Ability to design and deliver trainings
Track record in being able to influence and lead change within an operation team is a strong nice to have
