Your responsibilities
- Working with the Product owner to align team with the product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary information
- Ensuring Scrum practices are used and improved within and across teams
- Building and coaching high performing teams
- Looking for ways to strengthen teams understanding of Agile / Scrum concepts and principles
Our requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience with Agile and Scrum
- Strong familiarity and adherence to core Agile values and principles
- Experience in establishing Scrum from scratch and coaching Scrum teams at Client’s side
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills
- A mindset of servant leadership
- Skills in building relationships and navigating through organizations
- Advanced level of English
Optional
- Technical experience working with AWS Cloud
- SCRUM Master certification
