Support the creation of an e-commerce content and onsite search strategy together with internal stakeholders.
Deliver high quality support in terms of set-up and maintenance of content creation and processes maintenance.
Ensuring alignment with business stakeholders across Business Units on priorities, processes and systems.
Be a super-user of relevant content and onsite search management systems.
Support the optimization of onsite search and content management systems.
Generate and distribute ongoing reporting in campaign assets (eg. banners) and onsite search performance.
Administration of Webshop search engine to improve search results based on input from the merchants as well as insights from the onsite search analysis.
Assign and manage tasks management using relevant tools.
Knowledge of HTML is an added advantage.
Co-create training material for content management and onsite search.
Create and execute on digital (content) marketing campaigns and tactics.
Stay up to date with the latest eCommerce industry trends and solutions, market influences, competitor insights and translate these into business opportunities.
Bachelor or Master degree in business, economics, eCommerce or related field.
3 years of experience in an eCommerce, preferably in a competitive B2B and B2C environment.
Comfortable to start from scratch with a digital transition and build a team and required responsibilities.
Solid proven successful track record and experience (>3 years) working in complex, x-functional, B2B and B2C business settings.
Ability to influence without authority.
Proven effective communication skills, written and verbal, with team members and leadership, across business and IT and across locations, face2face and remote.
Ability to creatively solve problems and actively seek for innovation.
Positive and high-energy team member.
Outstanding communication skills.
Solid understanding of key eCommerce tools and techniques. Intershop, Solr8, Google360 analytics, WordPress, PowerBI, Typo3 are a plus.
Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is a must.
