    Securities and Sanctions Analyst

    Location: Warszawa

    Job Desciption:

    • Oversee the life cycle of trades instructed by our Clients.
    • Be responsible for accurate and timely processing Clients’ cash and stock transaction instructions.
    • Participate in execution of a wide variety of fund and security related transactions and corporate events.
    • Verify correctness of transactions input in accounting systems, and accuracy of portfolio valuation.
    • Cooperate with other Citi teams globally to ensure timely and accurate trade execution.
    • Work closely with Citi Clients and internal stakeholders to ensure all issues are fixed promptly.
    • Be expected to proactively analyze the process to identify and remediate inefficiencies, potential issues and other risk areas.
    • Be responsible for delivering quality service and proposing new solutions that exceed Clients’ expectations.
    • Be involved in and lead local and regional initiatives.


    • Self-motivated, client-focused and detail-oriented individuals with great communication skills – excellent English is a must.
    • Experienced capital markets professionals - minimum 1 year experience in financial services working with various financial instruments, investment funds, corporate action events, financial reporting or accounting,
    • Good team players with proven track record of delivering results.
    • Able to work efficiently under time pressure and flexible in terms of working hours.
    • Previous experience within broadly defined investment fund industry will be a distinct advantage.
