Your responsibilities
An outstanding opportunity to join us in the Securities Settlements Team which is within Global Operations and collaborates daily with Front Office, various internal Credit Suisse departments and external stakeholders from all over the world. The Poland team is currently looking for a Securities Settlements – Senior Banking Operations Specialist within newly build structure. The teams support variety of products including Equity Derivatives, Fixed Income products, Repo Trades and Stock Loans – across such markets as: UK, Swiss and Euroclear.
Core Tasks:
* Daily interaction with both external as well as internal stakeholders/ business partners
* Responsibility for managing timely settlement of pre-defined asset transfers (cash and securities) related to trading transactions especially in the area of pre-matching, crafting and netting for settlement, re-alignment and reconciliation of our internal ledger records
* Support the global location strategy – partner with the other global teams on various initiatives to standardize processes, support automation and change
* Keep daily performance in the area of agreed KPI and KRI at required level, ensure proper escalation and red flags to mitigate reoccurring issues
* Co-operation with key stakeholders and active management of intraday client’s queries

Our requirements
.We are looking for:
* Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal), also in English
* Good analytical skills, attention to detail and proven ability to follow the process and procedures
* 3-5 years of proven experience (experience in corporate environment, securities settlements or banking would be a solid asset). Nevertheless candidates with out of finance experience are as well accepted as we provide extensive subject training
* Solid organization and prioritization skills to meet tight deadlines and proven ability to manage work under pressure
* Passion about obtaining new knowledge as well as open to challenges
* Determination to excel in servicing internal and external clients
* Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
