Your responsibilities
Understand, implement and drive compliance with Aon's corporate security standards and policies
Act as the initial point of contact for security related matters, representing the Corporate Protection Services team
Deliver security operations, projects and initiatives to protect Aon’s people, property and information as directed by the Corporate Protection Services team
Support investigations and projects as directed by the Corporate Protection Services team
Deliver security operations, projects and support processes and initiatives to protect Aon’s people, property and information as directed by the Corporate Protection Services team
Drive in country/sub-regional security awareness initiatives to Aon colleagues
Assist with the management, development and maturity of regional security operations
Raise any risks that may have an impact on Aon’s colleagues, business operations or properties
Contribute to the identification and assessment of security risks to Aon’s facilities and operations through the Physical Security Risk Assessment Program
Capture, validate and formulate data-based reports and metrics dashboards
Administer Corporate Protection Services enterprise security systems
Develop and manage strong business relationships to implement and support physical security operations
Provide program-related training to various internal partners, in-person and virtually
Our requirements
Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in working in a corporate physical security role
Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience of team management
Excellent communications skills at all levels of management.
Fluent in English
Some travel to national locations may be required
Proficient in the use of MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point
Must be technologically aware with strong analytical skills
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
Able to function independently, under pressure and perform multiple functions and duties with limited supervision or guidance

Our group helps protect Aon's people, property and information through a robust physical security program and in partnership with GPS' security practices across the enterprise. Corporate Protection Services is a component of Global Protection Services, which falls within the wider Global Security Services division. Global Protection Services' primary focus is on protecting Aon's people and property from physical harm, data loss, and exposure.
• As a key member of the Corporate Protection Services (CPS) group, this role provides support to the Regional Security Manager, to drive forward all physical security initiatives across the region.
• Responsible for coordinating physical security operations, in close partnership with the Regional Security Manager, and other internal and external collaborators.
• This position will act as the primary liaison between the Global Protection Services team, Aon's physical security support vendors, Corporate Real Estate, IT, and local offices,
• The manager will be responsible for ensuring Aon's security policies, standards and practices are adhered to in all applicable Aon locations and building the necessary internal and external relationships to make that happen. This will be accomplished through managing security operations, programs and projects, working with vendors at a regional level, managing security standards and acting as an advisor for local security program initiatives.
