    EY Technology is a global organization that works with our internal clients, to provide IT support and solution to client teams, internal support functions and global projects and programs. Over the next few years, GDS Poland will increase the number of IT professionals in its center to develop and support EY’s business and internal applications.     EY Technology team maintains and enhances EY’s IT infrastructure and works for our internal clients across the globe. You will work with EY locations, supporting our service lines and key business processes or be part a dedicated IT team handling cross-organizational initiatives and transformational projects.

    Client Technology (CT) - focuses on developing new technology services for our clients. It enables EY to identify new technology-based opportunities faster, and pursue those opportunities more rapidly.
    Enterprise Workplace Technology (EWT) – EWT supports our Core Business Services functions and will deliver fit-for-purpose technology infrastructure at the cheapest possible cost for quality services. EWT will also support our internal technology needs by focusing on a better user experience.
    Information Security (Info Sec) - Info Sec prevents, detects, responds and mitigates cyber-risk, protecting EY and client data, and our information management systems.   
     
    The opportunity:
     
    The Service Delivery Test Lead and Architect is a hybrid role which serves both to manage the strategic elements of the testing process and demand elements with our managed service partner as well as technical aspects to design the testing to be conducted, assure proper conduct and coverage of testing, and to solve problems that arise.

    Your key responsibilities:

    • Acts as ‘Front Door’ to the managed testing services
    • Responsible for test service performance management
    • Coordinates testing priorities
    • Classify the Significant and Standard release
    • Work along with TCS GTS team for preparing the Level 0 demand forecast and high level estimate approval for each project
    • Engaged during project inceptions, will setup testing for success on large programs or releases
    • Responsible to develop test strategies and engage managed test services for test delivery
    • Challenge / hold test delivery team to account for delivery and quality of service
    • Work with TCS Global Test Service team for preparing the Low Level estimates
    • Directly and indirectly supervise staff members in the development, implementation, and delivery of testing and automation requirements
    • Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of team members or business representatives
    • Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors 

    Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

    • Degree at university level
    • English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
    • 6+ years’ experience in QA/Testing or related field
    • Strong knowledge of functional test automation processes and implementation
    • Experience with Identify and Access Management or Security Infrastructure Testing
    • Good knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle including Functional & Non-Functional Test Phases
    • Strong knowledge of Agile and iterative methodologies
    • Good knowledge of current Test & Automation Tools in the market
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to work and team effectively with clients and other management personnel clients and vendors across geographies
    • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
    • Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations/people under pressure
    • Good time management, interpersonal, communication, organizational and decision-making skills
    • Ability to understand and integrate cultural differences and lead virtual cross-cultural, cross-border teams
    • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
    • Strong judgment and analytical ability.
