    SEM Operations Specialist
    Location Warszawa

    We are looking for a team player who is motivated and enthusiastic about all things digital. Working in a fast-paced shared services environment, the Online Marketing Operations Executive will support the EMEA Marketing Operations team to drive our online marketing activities in EMEA.

     

    Job Description:

     

    This role will be responsible for campaign execution activities across all of Groupon’s online marketing channels and platforms. This position requires attention to detail, passion for operational excellence and the ability to multitask while working to tight deadlines.

     

    Requirements for the role include:

    • The successful candidate should have (or be in the process of acquiring) a third level degree in a related field such as Business/Marketing/Online/Communications;
    • Exposure to digital ad serving concepts (CPM/CPA/ROI);
    • Oral and written language skills in English (C1);
    • Strong analytical approach - ability to draw insights from data from different channels;
    • Proficient technical skills in MS Office and G Suite, especially in Excel;
    • Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes;
    • Excellent organisational skills;
    • Ability to meet deadlines and manage to deliver projects with minimal supervision;
    • Some understanding of digital marketing and consumer trends;
    • Good interpersonal and strong communication skills;
    • Technically curious with a thirst for knowledge of Online Marketing;
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment;

    Responsibilities:

    • Runs own base of Keywords and keeps track of the performance;
    • Build weekly performance reports and analyze channel trends;
    • Understand how the SEM channel operates and is able to provide an analysis on a certain subject;
    • Run manual AdWords campaigns to provide the best customer experience;
    • Help the SEM team in daily operations;
    • Keep track of the latest Google trends, solutions and products;
