Your responsibilities

  • Leading e-commerce projects, developing global e-commerce strategies, creating comprehensive e-commerce toolkits

  • Establishing long-term relations with global and local Clients

  • Interacting with strategy and creative teams to ensure client’s requests are clearly communicated and on task

  • Creating and maintaining project calendars to keep client’s projects on schedule for completion and release

  • Preparing cost estimations, monitoring projects budgets

Our requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (digital/e-commerce agency expertise will be a big plus)

  • Project Management skills

  • Ability to lead business conversations with Clients (effective cooperation with other departments, building relationships with the E-retailers and the Client)

  • Practical knowledge of digital marketing or e-commerce area

  • Fluency in English (C1) - we need it on daily basis


  • E-commerce experience

  • PPC/Programmatic Experience

  • SEO/SEM Experience

  • Data analytics experience (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, PowerBi)

  • 3rd party advertising software experience

Whether the candidate is experienced in E-commerce PPC (for example Amazon Ads), PPC (for example Google Ads) or digital marketing manager that likes numbers, it’s a great opportunity because this field will only get bigger. This role is unique because it combines strategic and client service responsibilities, allowing for both “hard” strategy skills and soft skills to be developed. Moreover, it’s independent role – new member will be leading 1 or more markets for the client, for which they will have 100% responsibility. It develops ability to work well under pressure, time organisation and ability to be a strategic lead.

Last but not least, this role is very knowledge-oriented. This person will learn lots of e-commerce facts to be able to be an e-commerce business consultant for the client. This knowledge and agency know-how are very in demand on the market right now, and will only gain the importance.
