    Senior Account Manager (Digital)

    Location: Warszawa

    Publicis Commerce is our brand dedicated to the development of eCommerce offer for international and local Clients from CPG, consumer electronics, retail, luxury and finance industry. It provides the services of consumer research in commerce environment, design, production and audit of eCommerce content, omnichannel platform development as well as traffic generation and sales optimization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Being a partner for eCommerce structures on the Clients’ side
    • Gaining perfect knowledge about relevant local eCommerce markets and eRetailers
    • Working on end-to-end eCommerce product delivery in cooperation with partner agencies, Clients and eRetailers from across the globe, including Europe, Americas, APAC
    • Working on holistic brand activation within eCommerce ecosystem
    • Projects execution and management in collaboration with internal/external resources and partners, relationship building
    • Pro-active approach to business development and securing future budgets for the Agency
    • Handling budget reporting for executed projects
    • Handling internal processes and documentation related to projects execution

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3-4 yrs experience on a similar position in an advertising agency
    • A background in integrated marketing including Digital/eCommerce/eRetailer
    • Experience and understanding of Digital/eCommerce path to purchase & eCommerce products
    • Fluent business English - both written and spoken is a must
    • Professionalism, engagement, attention to detail and pro-active approach to problem-solving
    • Ability to prioritize and resist stress in a changing environment
    • Ability to work in a team
