Your responsibilities
- Act as a senior expert and provide guidance to fixed assets team
- Support TL in coordination of FA processes
- Responsible for harmonization of the process cross companies - able to identify gaps, differences, reasons of them
- Cooperate with auditors and ensure operational effectiveness of the internal control system
- Responsible for reporting in fixed assets area
- Support creation of KPI and FTE reporting
- Monitor operations according to KPI and measure the performance
- Cooperate with other departments to keep the correctness of performing activities
- Coordinate Mars & IFRS reporting in FA area
- Support optimization and automation projects
- Support smooth transfer to SAP Hana by end user
- Support for transition process if needed
Our requirements
- Min. 3 years of experience in similar role in fixed assets area
- Experience in production environment (automotive as an asset)
- Good experience in fixed assets process coordination
- Knowledge of IFRS standards
- Knowledge of German GAAP would be an asset
- Good knowledge of life cycle of assets
- Experience in merging, splitting, selling companies
- Experience in cooperation with auditors
- Knowledge of SAP
- Experience in data migration would be a benefit
- Very good knowledge of English, German as an asset
- Very good communication skills and willingness to share knowledge
