Your responsibilities
- Consistently meets deadlines and demonstrates quality when processing transactions such as invoice entries, payment transactions, check records reconciliation, supplier statement review, expense report audit for US entities
- Process PO and NONPO invoices in SAP and Oracle for US
- Review and authorize payments in the banks/TRAX for US
- Analyze KPIs in PTP area
- Audit travel expenses in Concur and solve issues with employees from USA
- Manage Vendor Master Data – confirm bank account details by phone with suppliers
- Monitor open items and blocked invoices reports – take action to solve issues
- Collaborate with purchasing team and authorizers from US
- Actively contributes with daily activities, pre close processes
- Prepare PTP accruals and month end related activities
- Prepare internal controls, support audits
- Prepares daily and ad-hoc reporting within agreed SLAs.
- Actively contributes in processes improvement initiatives.
- Complies with company’s policies and procedures.
- Proactively identifies issues or risks and works to resolve them, participating with other team members as needed
- Monitor check requests, tax payments, and urgent payments
- Contact vendors to convert invoices to paperless
- Convert Vendor payments to Automated Clearing House (ACH) and maintain documentation
- Review car lease and cell phone uploads before processing
- Support new joiners and junior accountants
- Prepare or update existing process descriptions
- Prepare process maps
Our requirements
- Preferred working hours: 9.00-17.00 or partial work in the afternoon 14.00-22.00 (US time zone)
- Hybrid work opportunity 3/2 (temporary 4/1)
- Relevant experience in accounting in Accounts Payable area
- Good knowledge of SAP or/and Oracle
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially excel)
- Fluent English (written and oral) required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to maintain professional business contacts
- Analytical mindset and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and toward deadlines
- Pro-activeness, improvements driver, problem solver
