Your responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining the electronic document work flow
- Controlling accounting documents in accordance with the principles of financial accounting and tax regulations
- Preparation of VAT registers, as well as participation in the preparation and dispatch of VAT declarations
- Keeping records of fixed assets and intangible assets, making depreciation
- Support in the process of preparing annual financial statements under IFRS and participation in audits
- Taking part in stock counting process
- Settlement of employee and business trip expenses
- Responsibility for statistical reporting (GUS, NBP)
- Performs month-end / quarter-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries
- Monitors and records financial transactions according to company policies and regulations
- Identify accounting problems, research solutions and correct problems
Our requirements
- University degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 5 years’ experience of accounting activities in a manufacturing / industrial environment
- Knowledge of IFRS would be an assets
- Working experience with ERP system in manufacturing environment
- Ability to working with a team as well as working independently
- Strong communication skills
- Good written and spoken English
- High level of business ethics
