Your responsibilities
- Daily general accounting activities and month-end close processes
- Preparation and calculation of monthly and quarterly provisions/accruals/journal vouchers
- Booking of incoming and outgoing payments; bank reconciliation
- Intercompany accounting and reconciliation
- Fixed assets accounting and reconciliation
- Balance sheet accounts’ reconciliation
- Preparation of daily and ad-hoc reporting
- Cognos reporting
- Secures high quality and professional day to day accounting services within agreed SLA
- Identifies and actively contributes to potential process improvements within all accounting areas
- Complies with company’s policies and procedures
Our requirements
- Economic background education (finance/accounting/management)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in RTR area
- Fluent knowledge of Russian language
- Very good knowledge of English language (written and oral)
- Good working knowledge of SAP
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to maintain professional business contacts
- Very good Customer Service skills and strong customer driven focus
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure and toward deadlines
- Pro-activeness, improvements driver, problem solver
- Knowledge of international financial accounting standards (e.g. , IFRS, Russian GAAP)
- Experience in working in SSC environment and transition of processes
