Your responsibilities
Develop and maintain good relationship with customers
Act with understanding of Scandinavian business and work culture
Identify risks and issues and react to them accordingly
Coordinate a small team and support them also in daily tasks
Provide data regarding operations: handled volumes, process bottlenecks and back log, explain deviations
Actively participate in and carry through process changes and system updates
Respond to ad hoc needs of customer concerning processes, systems, back-up, support for audit purposes etc.
Our requirements
University degree in finance/accounting or comparable training in accounting preferred
At least 5 years of work experience as an accountant in SSC/BPO
At least some experience as a team leader
Very good accounting knowledge in: AR, AP, GL (subject matter expert in at least one of these, understanding of procurement and stock management ​
Good analytical and organizational skills
ERP system literacy (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for finance and operations - at least very good level for one of the mentioned)
High level of ERP system literacy (Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be a plus)
Very good English and Polish (B2+)
Norwegian (B2+) will be your great asset!
