Senior Accountant

Your responsibilities

• Organizing and controlling the accounting and tax records in the services sector, taking into account the latest changes;

• Developing the company's accounting policies, staffing plan, all provisions, orders, and making amendments to statutory documents;

• Managing tax accounting, preparing regulatory reports, and submitting them to regulatory authorities (Income Declaration, VAT Declaration, Balance Sheet);

• Monitoring payroll calculation and payment, vacation, sick leave, maternity leave;

• Compiling and submitting payroll reports to regulatory authorities;

• Inventory management, valuation, depreciation, write-offs, and amortization calculations;

• Managing the Client-Bank area (bill payments, uploading statements into the accounting system, ensuring correct allocation of payments to accounts);

• Managing personnel records (hiring, termination, changes and additions to the staffing schedule, recording entries in employment records, maintaining timekeeping records, and tracking leave);

• Monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable, conducting monthly reconciliation with suppliers and customers;

• Controlling document flow for presence and correctness of documentation (contracts, acts, invoices);

• Coordinating payment approvals with management, preparing financial plans, and ensuring timely payment of budgetary and current payments;

• Handling business trips and expense reports;

• Managing the accounting department and being responsible for all accounting, tax, managerial, and personnel records;

• Preparing managerial reports such as P&L, CF, balance sheet, payment calendar, and others.
