Your responsibilities
OtC: posting of bank statements, allocation of funds
PtP: processing invoices, employee expenses and credit card statements, handling supplier queries and payments, cleansing supplier balances (aged creditors and debit balances). For German scope – also intercompany reconciliation;
RtR: preparing and reporting the overall accounts, generating analysis account trial balance or consolidated analysis account trial balance;
All tasks related to monthly closing – prepare reports and analysis
Creating reports, providing support to the team and team leader, handling more complex cases
Preparation of documentation for audit purposes
Training for Junior Accountant/Accountant positions
Active cooperation with other departments, company units and trading partners
Active participation and driving improvements projects for existing processes
Possibilities to take part in transition process
Our requirements
At least bachelor degree (Finance, Accounting, related)
At least 2-3 years of experience in the finance area; experience in BPO/SSC environment is an asset
Very good English skills
Ability to work independently under limited supervision
Good knowledge of MS Office as Excel
Strong organization skills and good interpersonal skills - (team management, detail-oriented)
Fast learning skills, positive energy and can-do attitude
