your tasks

Full scope of accounting tasks for the Company (ca. 70-80% of working hours
Verification of legal documents from local accounting & tax perspective and cooperation with Company lawyer
Administration of all HR matters via outsourced Payroll services provider
Controlling related tasks including assistance in budget preparation and business plan development for new investment opportunities. This is a role into which the Candidate will develop with time and one in which the Company will offer training to develop proficiency of the Candidate
Overseeing office administrative tasks conducted by Junior Team member
Company will cover cost of professional liability insurance for this position
This position reports to local Managing Director and dotted line to Corporate CFO

what we expect

University education, Accounting degree
Mandatory minimum 5 years experience in similar functions, which has involved the full preparation of monthly and annual accounts and financial statements
Business Plan preparation and Controlling function experience not necessary but will be an asset
MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel fluency
Fluency in English, Spanish will be an additional asset but not necessary
