Your responsibilities

  • Customer service in English and German in the AP (P2P) process

  • Maintaining contact with clients via e-mail and phone

  • Posting of PO invoices

  • Debit balance analysis

  • Building and maintaining positive relations with the client

Our requirements

  • Master degree (preferably economic, in the field of finance and accounting)

  • Experience in the Liability Department will be an asset (AP, PTP)

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel

  • Good command of English language (minimum B2) and German (minimum B2)

  • SAP knowledge welcomed

  • High communicativeness

  • Analytical thinking skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and work in a team

  • High personal culture in dealing with the client
