Your responsibilities

  • Delivering cost efficiencies though driving continuous improvement to achieve world class process management

  • Providing and ensuring a high-quality customer experience across EMEA AP processes

  • Leading projects and driving changes within the AP process and wider business by leveraging a broad network to understand “best practice” opportunities and build process capability

  • Identifying and delivering on opportunities to drive business result through people, processes and systems improvements

  • Developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with internal customers, on site Invoice Processing and Query Management team, Procurement Operations, GBS Project Management and CI functions and other process stakeholders to ensure that priorities are appropriately focused and delivered

  • Supporting operational AP & P2P teams to meet the defined department goals and activity metrics and providing day to day business support

  • Analyzing complex end to end processes and proactively identifying and supporting initiatives to standardize, optimize and improve business processes

  • Execution of operational process controls and updating Standard Operating Procedures

Our requirements

  • Finance or Accounting Degree

  • Relevant experience in Accounts Payable processes

  • Very good SAP knowledge and experience

  • Strong CI knowledge with demonstrable experience

  • Very good MS Office skills, i.e. Microsoft Excel, MS Word, Power Point, MS Teams

  • Very good analytical skills to determine logical flow of activities

  • Strong communication skills with experience of influencing senior stakeholders

  • Very good interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Fluency in English

Job Description

AP Process and Capability Senior Analyst role provides an opportunity to maintain and improve daily operations and contribute to strategic initiatives and projects within the AP process for EMEA. This role requires a broad base of business and AP process experience. Leadership skills are essential to supporting elements of strategy deployment, project delivery, change management, process improvement and stakeholder communication.
