Senior Analyst – People & Culture Operations (Compensation) - Fixed-term contract - 12 months

Your responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Total Rewards Specialist team, to ensure successful delivery of

  • organizational compensation and reward processes

  • Provide administrative support across a range of compensation processes

  • Receive, investigate and respond to employee queries relating to compensation policies and procedures in accordance with knowledge articles available on the People Portal

  • Act as a Super User of our Compensation technologies and systems, educating employees as

  • required on how to perform self-service transactions

  • Create reports and provide information on employee compensation as requested, primarily to third party vendors

  • Manage relations with specialists or third-party vendors to ensure external services delivery

  • Provide compensation analysis and insights in support of the delivery of the cyclical reward activities including the bonus & annual review process, benchmarking and job evaluations

  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities across reward processes

  • Supporting ongoing projects and initiatives

  • Creating ad-hoc reports, analyzes, presentations, templates in Excel / Google sheets (including Talent and Compensation data)

Our requirements

  • Considerable previous experience delivering compensation administration services preferred (or previous experience as general HR data analyst)

  • Experience working with ServiceNow, SuccessFactors or Workday and other enabling technologies preferred

  • Proficiency in MS Office and / or G Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google sheets etc.), specifically high degree of Excel skills

  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with the attention to detail

  • Flexibility and problem-solving mindset

  • Highly motivated and self-starter, fast-paced with high level of energy and pro-active approach to work

  • Able to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities

  • Proven ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively to target audiences

  • Proven ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines on multiple projects or tasks concurrently

  • Comfortable working with a global consumer base and different cultures

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

  • Must have the legal right to work in Poland

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting our Total Reward Specialist team and ensuring the

successful delivery of compensation administration services through the People & Culture Operations team.

You will utilize your excellent customer service skills and subject matter expertise to deliver compensation processes

and will always provide an exceptional employee experience. You will be an experienced services professional

who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and challenging international environment, with prior experience

working on compensation and reward processes.
