Senior Analyst - Policy Management, Benelux Team

Your responsibilities

• Good knowledge and understanding of the process, scope and activities performed within LoB

• Providing constant and ongoing support to Underwriters and meeting their expectations with service standards

• Underwriting administration throughout the underwriting process with close collaboration with Underwriter/Middle Office/Broker/third party (to perform pre/post-bind activities, creation of documents, confirmation of policy issuance and manuscript wordings, regulatory notices, certificates, etc.)

• Managing the workflow of multiple tasks throughout the policy lifecycle

• Prompt and accurate resolution of data quality issues

• Proactive problem-solving thinking approach

• Ad-hoc analysis and replying on queries from Underwriter on a timely manner

• Providing guidance to other colleagues in the team including trainings and quality checks

• Adhering to Service Level Agreements and quality targets

• Preparing and maintaining documentation of the existing and future processes

• Embrace the drive for continuous improvement and technological development, looking for opportunities to improve existing process

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Develop and maintain good working relationships within the business across functions and at all levels

• Undertaking any other duties that the company may reasonably request to be performed

• You will report to the local Manager

As Senior Analyst you will perform underwriting support activities associated with new business, renewals, maintenance of accounts and on models and systems. You will ensure that they run efficiently and at a high quality and you will guide new team members with trainings and mentoring.
