Your responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate booking of invoices/ executing payment proposals and running payments as per agreed payment calendar and defined SLA/KPI metrics

  • Monitor and follow-up on invoice blocked for payment and take action to release when appropriate

  • Prepare and present the analysis of vendors accounts

  • Cooperation with AR department in terms of account reconciliation in case of compensation or deduction done on client account

  • Establish and maintain a positive and productive relationship with internal and external stakeholders

  • Build, maintain and develop relationship with other team members to gather proper information on time

  • Ensure positive working environment and atmosphere with co-workers

  • Analyzing and researching as needed to ensure accurate financial information

  • Participation, support and coordination in month-end and year-end closing process, assigned by team leader

  • Performing daily tasks and other activities according to the Standard Operational Procedures, review and update of those if necessary; escalation of all exceptions to the Supervisor

  • Cooperation with audit department in case of internal or external control

  • Proactive approach on new projects

  • Contribute to improve process automation

  • Act as a buddy for new joiners/deliver training and support

  • Perform ad hoc duties to assist the business

Our requirements

  • Min. 4 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable process (preferably in SSC/BPO company)

  • Proven track of knowing AP processes and Tax regulations

  • Master’s or Bachelor Degree in either of the following areas: accounting/ finance /economics

  • Very good command of English language (additional language will be an advantage)

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and MS Office (in particular Excel), VBA Skills would be an advantage

  • Demonstrate a “can do” attitude with well-developed prioritization and time management skills

  • Openness for continuous improvement (willing to address innovative ideas, open to feedback)

  • Availability to work different shifts (8 – 16 and 14 – 22)
