Senior AP Accountant

Your responsibilities

  • Integrating invoice files from factories

  • Managing parked and blocked invoices

  • Handling queries related to invoices

  • Processing and interpreting data

  • Providing analytical support

  • Ensuring legal requirements respect and service quality

  • Invoice Processing and Payment Processing

  • Being detail oriented in terms of managing the flow of data, methodology

  • Supporting the team around you whenerver Your expertise comes valuable to solve a problem or set up a process.

Our requirements

  • Note: We are open to consider less experienced candidates for Accounts Payable role in the same division. Feel free to apply even if you don't consider Yourself a senior just yet.

  • Fluent English

  • Master degree in accountancy, economics or finance or during studying (ACCA, CIMA would be an asset)

  • Strong customer driven focus

  • Attention to detail and thoroughness

  • Good analytical skills, orientation on process improvement

  • High interpersonal and communication skills

  • Knowledge of SAP
