    Senior AP/AR Specialist with Spanish
    Miejsce pracy: Kraków

    Main responsibilities: 

    • Responsible for effective delivery of receivables activities such as collections, cash posting, invoicing etc.
    • Ensures collections effectiveness using various mediums (calls / emails / letters) as per process requirement
    • Respond to all customer escalations
    • Responsible for the model, baseline data and collection, trend graphs and comparatives
    • Responsible for all customer standard reporting and validation where contractual obligations allow
    • Acts as the gatekeeper for the Accounts Receivable ensuring compliance with standard processes & controls


     Accounts Payable:

    • Ensure delivery in line with agreed SOP’s covering invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, helpdesk and associated activities
    • Respond to all vendor escalations / notices


    Occassional responsibilities:

    • Prepare ad hoc reports
    • Provide inputs through forums to improve work procedures that can enhance overall team performance
    • Adherence to norms specified by COPC certification and security specifications (as applicable to the process)


    • Graduate from a recognized Institute or University 
    • 3 years of overall experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable profile
    • Excellent communication skills required for voice processes
    • MS office skills i.e. Excel and Word
    • Comfortable obtaining source information from contract operational teams and proactively escalating when required
    • Has the gravitas and ability to regularly communicate with, and challenge both finance and non-finance teams
    • Is a proactive self-starter
    • Ideally should have worked for a multinational company in a multicultural environment 
    • Must be fluent in verbal and written Spanish (C2/C1) 
    • English B2/C1,
