Your responsibilities

  • Problem solving support for suppliers/stakeholders queries

  • Review and monitor blocked/not paid invoices, proper analysis of supplier statements

  • Prepare and coordinate reports

  • Addressing invoice processing issues and proposing solutions to problems

  • Dealing with complication in creation of goods receipt/booking of invoices

  • Analysis and providing accounting information for AP documents

  • Audit of posted documents, posting of manual entries in SAP

  • Trouble shooting cases of incorrect invoice documents provided by vendors

  • Support AP activities with Shared Service Center

  • Participate to process improvement initiatives

  • Build, maintain and develop relationship with various team members to gather proper information on time

  • Ensure positive working environment and atmosphere with co-workers

  • Deliver training and support for new joiners

  • Perform ad hoc duties

  • Support Team Leader in daily tasks if needed

  • Contribute to improve automation

  • Support month end closing process when needed

  • Process inflows of payable invoices within EMEA region into SAP system when needed

  • Participate in invoice or payment processing if needed

Our requirements

  • Min. 3 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable process (preferably in SSC/BPO company)

  • Master’s or Bachelor Degree in either of the following areas: accounting/ finance /economics

  • Very good command of English (written and spoken), another European language would be an advantage (preferably French)

  • Pro-activeness, keen eye for detail

  • Working knowledge of SAP and MS Excel

  • Well-developed prioritization and time management skills

  • Ability to manage issues and seek resolution, to deal with suppliers, to identify root cause and propose alternate solutions to problems

  • Ability to interface processing issues and proposing solutions to problems

  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills

  • Very good Customer Service skills and strong customer driven focus
