Responsibilities:
- Being involved in the deployment and change management processes
- Perform daily application operations and troubleshooting
- Working on ways to automate monitoring and alerting of supported applications
- Working on ways to automate application operations
- Actively participates in automation of operations and continuous improvement of services
Requirements:
- Higher education, the preferred directions: IT, polytechnic
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Wide knowledge in operating system administration, databases and cloud platform environment
- Experience in service management and application support
- Experience working in agile
- Analytical skills
