In this role you will support the development of the IGS strategy and use your experience as a subject matter expert to influence customers towards Honeywell solutions. You will provide external and internal consultative support and will help Honeywell develop our software platform into the EMEA markets.  You will also be able to support and deliver complex software solutions based on your training and knowledge of the sector. Use your understanding of the solution and make Honeywell the market leader in the sector. Influence new and existing customers towards Honeywell’s solution portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in customer-facing activities
  • Analyze growth opportunities
  • Analyze product development needs
  • Coach on targeted product value propositions
  • Present technical sales briefings to customers
  • Participate in pursuit strategy planning and customer negotiations
  • Consult prospective users on product capability, proving your valuable knowledge and experience to the IGS sales team and customers.
  • Help support Honeywell to WIN new customers for the software market and work alongside the existing sales teams
You must have:
  • High School Diploma
  • 3+ years of sales experience in enterprise business software industry; WMS/WES (preferred) and/or ERP in relevant industries

  • Significant experience in business development or sales for supply chain software solutions
  • Proven track record of new customer acquisition and high growth
  • Ability to sell strategically including communicating ROI to customers
  • Proactive, self-starter personality with results-oriented attitude
  • Strong network of operations and supply chain executives at major companies in retail, e-commerce, pharmaceutical and 3PL industries
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at varying levels across an organization
  • Strong self-learning skills with high level curiosity
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of WMS general capabilities across Inbound, Outbound and Inventory Management functions
  • Strong capability in consultative selling - identifying opportunities, negotiating & closing and articulating & delivering value proposition
  • Distribution and Supply Chain industry experience such as logistic, warehouse, distribution center, retail, preferably from warehouse management / distribution
  • Experience in sales management process; general methodology in managing sales, reviewing sales progress, understanding account’s situation, analyzing and providing solutions to complex situations
  • Bachelor's Degree
