Your responsibilities

  • Contact with the customer in case of any problems related to the quality of the product

  • Preparation of PPAP documents in accordance with the client's requirements

  • Analysis and implementation of specific customer requirements (CSR - customer specific requirements)

  • Member of the DFMEA and PFMEA team, support in the reduction of AP / Action Priority

  • Taking into account complaints and transfer of conclusions drawn from similar products / projects, preventing errors

  • Taking Care of customer portals, preparing and conducting internal and external audits (Enhanced Process Audit, Launch Audit, VDA 6.3)

  • Tracking of the action plans created, consideration of customer complaints within prototypes and pre-series phase

  • Creating and agreeing border samples (photo catalog / boundary book) with customer, closing PPAP with the customer

  • Preparation of 8D reports (one pagers), Evaluation of critical features of components

  • Preparation of MGR’s Quality Pack

  • Preparation of Six Panels for monthly reports

  • Analysis of the process capability

  • Preparation and participation in the acceptance of processes (2TP, PZS, Run @ Rate)

  • Participation in the so-called Cubings / Slow Build

  • Reduction of special characteristics in cooperation with Engineering

  • Following Safe Launch Plan

  • Leading of APQP team east EU

Our requirements

  • Technical studies, i.e. mechanical engineering

  • At least 5 years’ experience on quality engineer position, preferred with managing of the team with min. 2 years

  • Ability to read technical drawings

  • Knowledge in the field of APQP

  • Practical knowledge of quality tools such as: Ishikawa, 5Why, 8D, SPC, MSA I and II, Pareto analysis, PPAP

  • Readiness for business trips (about 30% of working time)

  • Polish and English languages (min. B2); German ​​will be an advantage

  • Consistently brings positive results / goal orientation

  • Mature problem solving skills and high responsibility

  • Ability to work in a team

  • High communication skills

  • Abilities to build and develop good relations / contacts with customers
