(Senior) AR Accountant

For our client, a global leader in the retail industry, we are looking for candidates who will join the GBS structure and participate in migration processes as AR Accountant or Senior AR Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• participation in migration processes and participation in financial proces improvment,
• calculating and booking provisions and accruals and processing accounting records for designated companies,
• processing and monitoring all the incoming payments,
• posting and recording all the payments in a correct and timely manner,
• analyzing customers’ account balances,
• issuing invoices in accordance with local GAAP,
• performing month-end closing activities such as accounts reconciliation, revenue recognition,
• preparation Internal Control Report and analizing and booking stock take results,
• supporting Team Leader with ad hoc reporting,
• cooperating with Credit Control and Customer Service Department.
