Your responsibilities
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior AR Analyst you’ll be a trusted business advisor. You’ll have the opportunity to position IBM for long-term financial growth delivering analysis, and providing insight and innovation into the business. You’ll be redefining how we manage our organization and how we work while achieving budgeted targets and ensuring the delivery of a high quality product.In this role, you’ll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Key Accountabilities:
•Part of Benelux OTC team member with direct contact to client’s stakeholder and customers
•Performing daily task with focus on quality and key metrics such as: collection, dispute management, credit control, order management
•Reporting and analysis with participation in operational calls and presenting the accounts to top management
•Analyzing and resolving of AR queries
Our requirements
Good knowledge of French or Dutch in speaking and writing
Very good English knowledge in speaking and writing
Ability to work in team environment with focus on Agile and multicultural environment
OTC process experience is a must
Excel knowledge
SAP knowledge
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Process improvements experience would be an asset
