Workplace: Warsaw (hybrid)
Independently lead the execution of M&A transactions, equity/debt capital raises and other client engagements by project-managing the day-to-day activities and coordinating all parties involved
Manage the relationship with existing clients as well as internal and external stakeholders
Working with junior team members, supervise preparation of financial models and transaction documents (e.g. teaser, IM, Q&A, etc.) as well as client deliverables
Proactively supporting E&IA team directors in pursuing new business development opportunities through the generation of client leads and preparation of pitches
Lead the development of in-house financial models and undertake valuation assignments
Manage junior team members on assignments
Develop thought leadership materials and produce sector insights on the Iberian renewable market
At least 5-7 years of professional experience, thereof 1-3 years in a similar role in an international organization
Demonstrable experience in managing M&A transactions and financing operations
Previous experience in banking and/or consultancy (Big4) sectors
Native-like fluency in Polish, Proficiency in English.
Experience of producing high-quality documents using the full suite of Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrable experience of developing and using complex financial/Excel models
A proactive, get-it-done attitude with a desire to improve and the ability to learn on the job
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work in a team environment
A strong appetite to pursue a career in the renewable energy and infrastructure space
