Your responsibilities

  • Assist with the definition and implementation of the IMI Hydronic branding and recruiting strategy.

  • Determine the Hydronic unique selling proposition to differentiate from the market and attract candidates that are suitable to our environment.

  • Develop close relationship with the Senior HR team and business leaders to understand challenges and future needs, and suggest ways to approach the market to find the right qualifications and skillset.

  • Build candidates pool using a variety of tools and techniques, including third party job boards, industry events, competitive intelligence, networking, advertising, employee referrals, community outreach and developing relationships with key educational institutions and diversity organisations.

  • Define and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.

  • Perform full life-cycle recruiting for allocated specialist and mid to senior roles - including defining the ideal profile, coaching managers/HR on selection and hiring, development of sourcing strategies/advertising, posting job offers, phone and/or video screening to qualify candidates, scheduling/coordinating of interviews with the hiring team, coordination of offers, negotiating compensation and tracking candidate activity.

  • Develop relationship with recruiting companies.

  • Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.

  • Stay close to market to constantly reassess the need to amend our recruiting strategies, policies, messaging and learn from issues encountered to propose corrective measures to remain competitive.

  • Manage the yearly attraction campaign for the divisional graduates.

  • Following on Group agenda and core processes, establish and communicate the yearly divisional performance, talent and development agenda to ensure processes are known and deadlines are adhered to.

  • Coordinate the divisional talent review process for submission to IMI, provide data analysis. Suggest action planning and follow up process to bring development actions into life.

  • Coordinate the yearly IMI engagement survey for the division and support the site leaders/HR with planning/implementing corrective measures.

  • Support Group/divisional projects across the HR function as and when required.

Our requirements

  • Qualifications and Experience:

  • University degree or equivalent in business, human resources or a related field with 4-6 years experience in talent acquisition gained as a corporate recruiter in an international matrix environment.

  • Familiarity with social media, CV databases and professional networks.

  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

  • Experience in proactively sourcing candidates.

  • A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company.

  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.

  • Excellent and proven interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Able to work across the organisation and with cultural sensitivity.

  • Ability to operate within a global, fast moving business and a balance of working both strategically and operationally.

  • Business fluent English, other European languages would be a strong asset.
