Conducting all phases of operational, compliance and financial audits, including reviews of business processes, segregation of duties, IT security, procedures and global controls across different business units within the organization,
Participating in audit planning, performing walk-throughs to gain end-to-end understanding of the business process, preparing audit working papers,
Identifying audit findings, resolving issues, and recommending improvements to process on both local and corporate level,
Improving the quality of the internal audit department’s performance and the level of service to the organization,
Providing recommendations on control environment and related business processes,
Developing and redefining audit toolkit (templates, tools, data repositories),
Min. 3 years of experience in Auditing / Internal Control or areas like Controlling,
Accounting, Business Analysis, or Business Process Improvement Projects;
Very good English skills – min. B2 upper intermediate level (written and spoken);
Availability to travel internationally up to 40% (mainly across Europe);
University degree in the science area, like Finance, Economics, Business
Administration, Mathematics, Econometrics, etc.;
Min. basic knowledge of SAP.
Strong organizational and analytical skills;
Independent personality, assertive attitude, and self-confidence;
Communicativeness - ability to communicate with people from different countries, environments, levels, e.g. top management;
