Your responsibilities
- Conducting audits in accordance with the plan and complying with the defined audit methodology;
- Planning and organizing of audits;
- Testing and assessing of audited entities;
- Presenting detailed audit reports with observations and recommendations for operation improvements;
- Improving the quality of the internal audit department’s performance and the level of service to internal audit customers;
- Participation in special investigations;
- Monitoring of corrective actions and communication with management;
- Supporting senior leaders in promoting audit profession externally.
Our requirements
- Min. 3 years of experience in Auditing / Internal Control or areas like Controlling, Accounting, Business Analysis, or Business Process Improvement Projects;
- Very good English skills – min. B2 upper intermediate level (written and spoken);
- Availability to travel internationally up to 40% (mainly across Europe);
- University degree in the science area, like Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Econometrics, etc.;
- Min. basic knowledge of SAP.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills;
- Independent personality, assertive attitude, and self-confidence;
- Communicativeness - ability to communicate with people from different countries, environments, levels, e.g. top management;
- Problem-solving approach;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment;
- Ability to work under time pressure
Optional
- CIA, CISA or ACCA;
- Knowledge of data processing and analysis tools ( i.e. Power BI, Power Query) and data warehouses;
- Valid category B driving license;
- Experience in SSC environment or companies from The Big Four.
