Your responsibilities

• Work closely with Global Network Managers, external parties and other Credit Suisse partners from different areas

• Act as the contact person for process related issues, process improvements, requirements and amendments

• Build positive working relationships with colleagues and subject matter experts in order to support process of opening Credit Suisse accounts globally, amending or closing them

• Be part of internal projects connected with exchanging data with other parties

Your future colleages

You will be a crucial member of the ALM Team. The function provides support for teams in London, New York, Singapore and Pune. This team supports other Credit Suisse stakeholders around the world. Our requirements

  • University degree or equivalent education

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in finance area (Operations, Finances preferred)

  • Good English knowledge both verbal and written

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

  • Flexibility and the ability to prioritize and manage work under pressure

  • Capability to multi-task and effectively collaborate with senior management

  • Well-developed soft skills: problem solving, interpersonal and coordination skills

  • Eye for details, high integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times; adherence to code of conduct

Join us as an experienced Specialist to cooperate with Credit Suisse teams worldwide. The team in Wroclaw runs the Account Lifecycle Management (ALM) function. ALM is a control function responsible for opening, amending and closing external street side Credit Suisse accounts and maintaining the reference source record of these accounts in the internal system.
